Upgrade the screen resolution of considerably, it gives the user wider

view of the back ground. Also the screen resolution and the shadowmap
resolution are no longer hard coded everywhere. They are defined in
mainThread.java.

Updated mouse cursor icon when hovering over enemy unit and neutral

Changed group selection behavior, now it will cause a de-selection of
all selected units if there is no unit being selected by the selecting
rectangle.
